From Carbon steel to high Nickel Alloys
High pressure, high temperature and high corrosive material grades.

  • Our product range meets customer’s project demand for Carbon steel, Low and High Alloy steel (Ferritic), Stainless steel (Austenitic), (Super-)Duplex (Austenitic-Ferritic) and high Nickel Alloy steel materials.
Pipes
Pipes according to ASME B16.10 and ASME B16.19.

  • In seamless or welded condition, in hot or cold finishing.
  • Hot finishing with the continuous Mandrel Rolling process (<7”), Plug Mill process (5”-16”) or Cross Roll Piercing and Pilger Rolling process (10” and up).
  • Welded pipes according SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), DSAW (Double Submerged Arc Welding), GMAW Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) methods.
Fittings
Butt Welded Fittings according to ASME B16.9.

  • In seamless or welded condition, in hot or cold forming.
  • Short and Long Radius 45°, 90° and 180° Elbows, Concentric and Eccentric Reducers, Equal and Reducing Tees and Caps.
  • Hot forming by Extrusion process/”In Die” production (Tees, Reducers), Mandrel process/“Hamburger Verfahren” (Elbows), Drawing process (Caps), Forging process and Rolling process.
Flanges
Forged Flanges according to ASME B16.5.

  • Welding Neck Flanges, Slip-On Flanges, Socket Weld Flanges, Lap Joint Flanges, Threaded Flanges, Blind Flanges, Orifice Flanges and Long Welding Neck Flanges.
